Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR professional to independently manage HR for a defined scope across multiple sites in France. The role requires labor law expertise, strategic HR support, and coordination with management to implement HR initiatives.

The candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training needs assessment while ensuring compliance with employment legislation across a multi-site industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HR or Labor/Social Law.
• 8+ years' experience in a similar HR role in a multi-site industrial environment.
• Proven HR management experience and initial employee relations experience.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations and economic challenges of the role.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage HR for a defined scope across multiple sites.
• Provide expertise in labor law, human resources management and HR support.
• Contribute to implementing the Group HR strategy.
• Support and advise managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Participate in employee/industrial relations and in facilitating the Works Council (CSE).
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Identify and assess training needs.
