Jobtailor is looking for an HR generalist to support managers and employees through the entire employee lifecycle, while helping navigate performance conversations and improvement plans. You will maintain dashboards, reports, and contribute to cross-functional people projects as the company scales in a fast-changing environment.

Fluency in French and English, strong organizational/communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this international

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR generalist or People Partner roles.
• Initial exposure to employee relations and/or performance management topics.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
• Comfortable using modern tools and AI assistants to enhance productivity and workflows.
