Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to proactively drive product adoption and strengthen relationships with our largest customers. You will advocate for the customer internally and identify growth opportunities, ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Engineers to onboard, train, and drive adoption, while collaborating with global teams to ensure success and renewal

Qualifications

3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
Experience with Fortune 1000 and global brands.
Fluent in French and English.

Partner with Enterprise teams to onboard, train, and drive adoption.
Proactively build relationships to achieve loyalty and advocacy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal.
Own and project-manage the onboarding process for new customers.
Become a trusted advisor and align plans to meet business goals.
Monitor usage to uncover renewal risks and growth opportunities.
Align customer objectives with our platform offerings.
