Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer to partner with Sales, lead technical evaluations, and guide customers from discovery to adoption. You’ll deliver demos, shape technical strategy, and drive winning outcomes across opportunities in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Support, and GTM teams to address customer needs, document activity, and advocate for Datadog adoption while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a technical customer-facing role.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and tailor communication to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Proficiency in public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and observability tooling.

Responsabilités

• Own the sales process in partnership with Account Executives, shaping the technical strategy across opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery to uncover technical challenges and map them to Datadog solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demos and workshops that connect platform capabilities to customer outcomes.
