CreatorIQ is seeking a Customer Success Partner, Enterprise in Paris to guide a portfolio of high-level clients through successful creator marketing programs. You will align platform capabilities with client goals, drive adoption, renewals, and measurable value across beauty, fashion, and luxury brands.
You’ll build multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders from daily users to executives, lead business reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Services, and Product to deliver a
Competenze
- 3+ years in strategic, enterprise customer-facing roles within creator/influencer marketing, marketing tech, or SaaS.
- Experience with complex enterprise brands and multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English and French; ability to travel within Europe as needed.

- Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of complex enterprise customers.
