Job summary

Upwind is seeking an Account Executive to lead growth in France, engaging with CISOs, CTOs, heads of cloud, and other executive leaders to drive strategic adoption of our cloud security platform.

You will own end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, build a regional pipeline, and collaborate with sales engineers, product, and customer success to accelerate value for large enterprises across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise sales success in EMEA with regional adaptability.
• Experience selling to C‑level and technical leaders in cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast‑growing tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a regional sales strategy that generates new business and exceeds revenue targets in France and across EMEA.
• Build relationships with CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Cloud, and other executive leaders to drive strategic adoption.
• Own complex, end‑to‑end sales cycles, identify opportunities, guide evaluations, and close deals with ROI.
• Partner with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Cultivate relationships with channel partners, cloud providers, and influencers to amplify market presence.
• Maintain data‑driven forecasting, pipeline rigor, and a disciplined sales process to ensure growth.
