SimCorp in Paris is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strategic partnerships with our premier financial clients and maximize value from SimCorp solutions.

In this role you will own the renewal and expansion process, drive adoption with executive sponsors, orchestrate success planning, and collaborate with Sales, Go to Market and Client Services to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Investment Management / Buy-side Technology to deliver business insight.
• Experience with Customer Success Planning and Driving Adoption.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Promote customer focus and drive success-planning activities.
• Establish and expand network of contacts within the customer organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Go to Market, Offer Management, and Client Services for best outcomes.
• Manage strategic client relationships and renewals.
• Define KPI's to track progress and drive value realization.
• Coordinate adoption activities with users and specialists.
• Identify strategic business outcomes and opportunities with customers.
