PALO IT, a leading AI-native consultancy, seeks an AI Growth & Strategic Partnership Manager in France to accelerate commercial growth. You will drive strategic account development, build executive relationships, and manage ecosystem partnerships with Microsoft, GitHub, and other leaders to help large organizations become AI Frontier Enterprises.

You will combine account strategy, partner enablement and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value and sustainable growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years growing strategic accounts within consulting or tech services.
• Proven track record growing accounts year after year.
• Own account P&L, staffing, utilization, margin and budget.
• AI-first mindset with passion for emerging technologies.
• Fluent in French and English; able to communicate with C-suite.

Responsabilités

• Grow strategic client accounts with long-term, value-driven plans.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other executives.
• Partner with delivery, engineering and transformation teams for outcomes.
• Own forecasting, staffing, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Identify opportunities in AI Engineering, Transformation, and SDLC.
• Contribute to strategic bids, executive workshops and client presentations.
• Grow our AI partnership ecosystem with Microsoft, GitHub and partners.
