PALO IT in France is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own AI-powered product delivery from discovery through pilot, production, and adoption for Fortune 1000 clients. The role combines hands-on coding with workshops, executive presentations and end-to-end ownership of high-impact solutions.

You’ll lead discovery, scope work, and mentor delivery teams while championing AI-native practices and Gen-e² methodology across engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering with client-facing delivery
• Independent management of discovery to production with minimal oversight
• Deep full-stack expertise (ReactJS front-end; .NET/Java/Python back-end)
• Experience deploying LLM or generative AI-powered systems
• Strong architecture, design, and stakeholder-management skills

Responsabilités

• End-to-end project delivery: discovery, scoping, architecting, prototyping, production-ready AI systems
• Client engagement: discovery sessions, frame needs, manage expectations, build trust
• Team leadership: mentor engineers, promote AI-native best practices, autonomous teams
• Strategic advising: collaborate with Sales/Presales on proposals and designs
• AI-native excellence: prompt engineering, validation, guardrails, Gen-e² integration
• Continuous improvement: collect field insights to improve tools and playbooks
