PALO IT Labs in Paris is seeking an AI Native Project Delivery Lead to own end-to-end project delivery, from pre-sales to handover, driving AI-augmented innovation and seamless execution at every phase.

You will ensure transparency, manage milestones, and maintain client partnerships while coaching the delivery team and aligning with business goals. Fluency in English is required, with international collaboration a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading software delivery in agile, from discovery to maintenance.
• Proven ability to set direction, communicate with impact, and align teams.
• Deep understanding of clients' strategic context to anticipate needs.
• Excellent facilitation and dialogue skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
• Passion for Tech for Good; English fluency; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure project transparency: share clear KPIs to track progress and risks.
• Lead project advancement: maintain clear requirements and milestones; unblock teams.
• Guarantee service quality: support teams, relay client feedback, resolve blockers.
• Be trusted advisor for clients: build strong strategic partnerships.
• Partner with account management: oversee P&L for sustainable success.
• Facilitate cross-stakeholder communication with senior clients and teams.
• Drive reporting and governance: document progress, risks, decisions.
• Host collaborative workshops: align objectives and methods anchored in Gen-e².
• Coach Gen-e² delivery team: promote continuous improvement and ceremonies.
• Advise clients on product management: define vision, backlogs, and value.
