Qualifications

• Bac to Bac +2 required; customer-facing experience preferred.

• Proficient with computer and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
• Assist drivers in maneuvers and manage flow in the bus station.
• Provide information and guidance to passengers.
• Handle unforeseen events and manage level-1 complaints.
• Manage cash register and cash fund.
• Advise and promote services or products to providers.
• Supply information to clients and prospects.
• Keep clients informed about disruptions.
• Verify compliance of operators’ missions.
