Jobtailor is seeking a driven customer service specialist in Strasbourg to deliver exceptional support and promote Air France products and partner offerings. You will advise customers, handle inquiries, and contribute to loyalty-building activities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced travel and hospitality context. On-site position with opportunities to upsell and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone with strong verbal communication and a team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in customer service and/or travel, hospitality, or food service sectors is a plus.
• Active listening, empathy, enthusiasm, and emotional self-control are required for this role.
• Comfortable using office software and basic computer tools.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and service quality targets.
• Inform, advise, and assist customers while following established procedures.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote Air France products and services, as well as those of airline and non-airline partners.
• Build customer loyalty and foster strong customer relationships.
