Doctolib is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead reliability and scalability across a European-scale platform. You will supervise infrastructure, observability, and reliability initiatives while mentoring engineers and guiding cross-functional teams.

Role spans on-call leadership, architecture reviews, and collaboration with product teams to improve production readiness. Strong background in SRE, cloud, and backend languages is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SRE/platform engineering experience in large-scale production environments.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes expertise and deployment/scaling strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale reliability initiatives across the platform, spanning infra automation and observability.
• Drive incident detection, response, and postmortem improvements.
• Define and evolve SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards across product teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve on-call experience with actionable telemetry.
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction across teams.
• Collaborate with leadership on reliability-focused architectural decisions.
• Partner with software teams to embed reliability early in the lifecycle.
