Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the SRE team focused on platform reliability across infrastructure, observability, and cross-cutting initiatives. You will help ensure a scalable, resilient European platform serving health professionals and patients.

You will own reliability standards, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and drive end-to-end improvements in incident detection, response, and postmortems while enabling fast, safe delivery.

Qualifications

• 5y+ hands-on experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role in a large-scale production environment.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes experience and deployment/scaling strategies.
• Hands-on with infrastructure as code (Terraform) in production contexts.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain infrastructure automation and IaC at scale with a focus on consistency and developer experience.
• Lead large-scale cross-cutting reliability initiatives including incident detection, response, and postmortem analysis.
• Design, build, and improve infrastructure components that support reliability, scalability, and observability across the platform.
• Define and drive SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards across multiple product teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve on-call experience with actionable telemetry.
• Partner with software engineering to embed reliability practices early in the development lifecycle.
