Malt is seeking a senior-level platform leader to define and drive the long-term technical vision for our engineering platform. You will shape foundations, tooling, and infrastructure that power the Malt marketplace, enabling autonomous workflows across squads.

You will mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and push for architecturally sound, secure, scalable solutions while maintaining hands-on contribution to critical components.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience at Staff or Principal level.
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java and modern web frameworks (Nuxt/VueJS).
• Experience with GCP and platform-scale architectures.

Responsabilités

• Set the long-term platform tech strategy and 2–3 year roadmap.
• Architect platform foundations and consolidating enterprise-grade capabilities.
• Prototype and embed autonomous AI agent features into the dev lifecycle.
