Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin and backend systems.
• Experience in a product company (SaaS, fintech, marketplace).
• Interest in AI topics and applying them to products.
• Clear leadership and ability to handle evolving environments.
• Mentoring and coaching for engineers.
• Excellent English communication; French is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact projects across multiple teams.
• Architect scalable software solutions and systems.
• Define short- and long-term technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Promote best practices, coding standards, and code reviews; provide architectural guidance.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to develop their skills.
• Coordinate technical efforts across squads, departments, and stakeholders.
