• Own the strategic direction, governance models, and technical roadmap for the Experience Systems & AI team.
• Set the UI quality standards across Malt, including layout, motion, responsiveness, and token architecture.
• Oversee taxonomy, content logic, and tone rules for AI outputs to be contextually accurate and brand-consistent.
