Malt is seeking a Senior/Staff platform leader to shape the long-term technical vision for our engineering platform, spanning backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure. You will define architectures, champion agentic AI workflows, and drive platform-as-a-product with self-service tooling and clear guardrails.

You will directly contribute code on foundational components while mentoring engineers, raising engineering standards, and aligning teams across disciplines to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience at Staff/Principal level.
• Proven leadership in high-scale platform environments.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java, GCP, and modern web frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Define the long-term technical vision for Malt's engineering platform.
• Architect foundations and agentic workflows across backend and frontend.
