Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level technical support for iRobot home solutions.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware and software issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Document interactions in the CRM accurately.
• Assist users with setup, app integration, and firmware updates.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to offer accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
