Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Portuguese-speaking iRobot Support Specialist for relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. You will serve as the primary contact for users, providing high-level technical guidance for smart home robotics and consumer electronics.

Ideal candidates communicate fluently in Portuguese, have experience in consumer electronics or technical support, and are passionate about technology.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in consumer electronics or technical support is highly preferred.
• Strong passion for technology and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers for iRobot setup and troubleshooting.
• Represent a world-class consumer electronics brand and deliver personalized solutions.
• Diagnose complex software and hardware connectivity issues for robotic appliances via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Stay updated on iRobot firmware updates and related tech developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated queries efficiently.
• Participate in regular performance reviews to ensure service excellence.
