Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring for an Arabic-speaking customer support role based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The position offers fully paid relocation, comprehensive training, health insurance, and a monthly performance bonus tied to quality metrics.

You will handle omnichannel Arabic customer inquiries, document interactions in our CRM, and collaborate with Sofia-based teams to continuously improve service delivery. Fluency in Arabic and basic English are required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport to facilitate relocation to Bulgaria.
• Basic proficiency in English.
