Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Support Specialist to join the Sofia team, Bulgaria, on-site. The role requires native or fluent Spanish, strong English, and prior experience in customer support.

A fully paid relocation and comprehensive training are provided to ensure a smooth transition for relocating professionals. You will deliver omnichannel support to Spanish-speaking customers, collaborate with international teams, and maintain detailed CRM records.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate in a multinational workplace.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an empathetic, patient communication style.
