Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Spa concierge to join our Spa Department. The role centers on warmly welcoming guests, handling bookings for treatments and organizing practitioner schedules.

You will explain services, promote spa products, process invoices and maintain a pristine spa reception. Fluency in English is required, and a third language is a plus for our international guests.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Paris within the Spa Department in Paris, the Spa concierge is responsible for, but not limited to booking all spa treatments, explaining services to guests, perform Point of Sales activities including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner.
