UiPath, a leading enterprise automation software company, is seeking a seasoned UiPath Test Cloud Sales Specialist to drive growth across South Europe. You will engage with technical and executive stakeholders, deliver tailored demos, and partner with internal teams to expand pipeline and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Strong experience in enterprise software sales, test automation, and DevOps is essential. Fluency in English and French is required; Italian/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software sales, ideally in test automation.
• Experience with DevOps, QA lifecycle, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven success prospecting, managing, and closing complex enterprise sales.
• Ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders with a consultative, value-driven approach.
• Experience in overlay/matrixed sales organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian and Spanish are a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive the UiPath Test Cloud sales motion across South Europe, identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to expand relationships and generate pipeline.
• Position UiPath Test Cloud as a strategic platform for modern application testing and digital transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with Heads of QA, CIOs/CTOs, and other key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate AI-powered testing and cross-platform automation capabilities to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Partners to deliver workshops and demos.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with system integrators and technology partners.
• Understand industry trends to apply consultative, value-based selling.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account planning in Salesforce.
