CYCLAD FRANCE is seeking an Application Support & Incident Management specialist to manage Level 3/4 incidents, analyze issues across the platform, and coordinate corrective actions. You will work on SQL-driven data analysis, Java-based components, and collaborate with teams in France and Poland to ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities include testing, validation of changes before production, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of application processes and architecture.

Qualifications

• Must have strong SQL skills and experience with Java applications.
• Putty experience is a plus and beneficial for accessing remote systems.
• Ability to analyze incidents and translate business requirements into technical actions.

Responsabilités

• Handle Level 3 and Level 4 incident tickets.
• Analyze functional and technical issues impacting the application.
• Perform investigations across the application, databases, and related interfaces.
• Identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for functional improvements.
• Develop detailed functional specifications.
• Perform technical analysis of incidents, defects, and enhancements.
• Create technical specifications and run data analysis via SQL.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of application architecture and support processes.
• Design and execute test scenarios.
• Run functional, integration, and regression testing campaigns.
• Validate delivered solutions before production deployment.
