ConnectAd is seeking a Senior Supply Business Development Manager to accelerate publisher-side growth in France. You will identify, onboard, and grow premium French publishers, building strategic partnerships and monetisation strategies across formats.

The role is senior, remote, with a performance-based bonus. You will work closely with success, product, and operations to maximize revenue and ensure long-term value for ConnectAd and its publisher partners.

Qualificações

• Substantial proven experience in publisher development, supply-side partnerships, adtech, or programmatic business development.
• Strong network across French publishers and media owners.
• Proven track record of acquiring and growing revenue-generating publisher partnerships.
• Solid understanding of SSPs, header bidding, yield management, ad servers, and programmatic monetisation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pitch, and onboard premium French publishers and media owners into the ConnectAd platform.
• Build and execute a supply-acquisition strategy for monetisation-ready inventory.
• Own and grow relationships with existing publisher partners and expand opportunities.
• Advise publishers on yield strategy, demand activation, and platform integration.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high service levels for new partners.
• Coordinate with account management, product, and operations for partner activation.
• Represent ConnectAd at industry events, publisher meetings, and senior stakeholder discussions in France.
• Monitor market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to inform ConnectAd's supply strategy.
