Job summary

TUI Musement is seeking a Supply Management Executive in France to own relationships with tour, activity and ticketing suppliers, and to contract components across excursions and transfers. You will build local offers, support onboarding, and launch new destinations while driving margins.

Remote work within France is possible, with a focus on developing strategic partnerships and understanding tourism trends to shape the regional supply landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management, preferably in tourism/e-commerce.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and building partnerships.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial growth by building relationships with tour, activity and ticketing suppliers in top destinations.
• Assist suppliers’ enrolment and onboarding processes.
• Build and optimise supply of existing cities/venues and launch new destinations.
• Be an expert on your destination—generate leads and acquire unique products.
• Liaise with stakeholders to implement best practices.
• Understand regional tourism trends and competitive landscape.
