Job summary

ConnectAd, a European independent SSP, is seeking a Senior Supply Business Development Manager to accelerate publisher-side growth in France. You will identify, onboard, and expand premium French publishers and media owners into the ConnectAd platform.

You will lead supply acquisition strategy, deepen relationships, advise on yield and monetisation, and represent ConnectAd at industry events across France. A remote working model is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in publisher development and adtech.
• Proven track record of acquiring and growing publisher partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of SSPs, header bidding, yield management, and monetisation.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard premium French publishers into the ConnectAd platform.
• Develop a supply-acquisition strategy across formats and verticals.
• Grow existing publisher relationships and monetisation opportunities.
• Advise publishers on yield strategy and platform integration.
• Represent ConnectAd at industry events and with senior stakeholders in France.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and activation.
• Provide market feedback to inform supply strategy.
