Dropp Sas in Paris is seeking a driven Growth Lead to sign and launch creators across France. You will map the local creator scene, reach out directly, and sign partners who can say yes without agencies.

You will launch their first auction or raffle and drive recurring collaborations, aiming for GMV milestones each month while reporting progress to the CEO weekly.

This role lets you build the French territory from zero, with a flexible arrangement and commission-driven upside tied to performance.

Qualifications

• : Native-level French and fluent English.
• : Already inside the French creator economy (talent, agency, brand deals, UGC, collectibles).
• : You have owned a revenue target before.
• : Self-driven and comfortable working with a small, fast team.

Responsabilités

• Map the French creator scene (artists, athletes, gaming, music) and build your target list.
• Reach out, pitch and sign creators who can say yes alone. No agencies, no institutions.
• Launch their first auction or raffle with them, then get them to repeat.
• Own a number: €140K cumulative GMV from your creators by month 3, €500K by month 6; 8 to 15 active creators by month 3 and 15 to 25 by month 6, each at €5K to €10K a month.
• Report pipeline and GMV to the CEO every week.
