Job summary

Airbnb in Paris is seeking a Senior Key Accounts Manager to lead relationships with strategic Enterprises and API connectivity partners. You will recruit, enable, and optimize partnerships to drive growth and elevate Airbnb as a top partner across distribution channels.

This hybrid role (Paris office 2–3 days/week) requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a proven track record in enterprise partnerships within the tech hospitality space.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive strategic growth opportunities.
• Experience building relationships with executives and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Airbnb's key partners and act as the primary representative.
• Execute a global win-win strategy to drive value for partners and Airbnb.
• Develop strong relationships with executives within API & Enterprise customers and ensure SLAs and agreements are met.
• Analyze data to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Work with quarterly goals and measure performance KPIs and feature adoption.
• Support partners through API and technical integration knowledge.
• Educate clients on product roadmap and changes to accelerate feature adoption.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings and events.
