Airbnb is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist for Hotels in Paris. You will own the inbound engine across EMEA, building a multi-channel program from scratch and partnering with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales to drive hotel go-lives.

You will define the inbound strategy, run LinkedIn campaigns, develop outbound sequences, and measure pipeline impact. This is a high-visibility, 12-month fixed-term role with potential to extend.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven inbound programs generating measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on Salesforce and marketing automation experience.
• Data-driven, able to tie activity to revenue impact.
• Experience using AI tools to scale campaigns.
• Strong sales alignment with AEs.
• Fluent written/spoken English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the EMEA inbound strategy and roadmap.
• Build and scale multi-channel inbound programs (email, paid, SEO, content, events, partnerships).
• Own full funnel from lead capture to MQL handoff in Salesforce.
• Design LinkedIn campaigns with regional AE teams.
• Develop outbound sequences to support prospecting.
• Partner with Global Marketing for collateral and nurture flows.
• Track pipeline metrics: MQLs, MQL-to-SQL, CPL, revenue influence.
• Run co-marketing and referral programs with industry partners.
• Build business cases, secure budgets, and prove ROI.
