Job summary

air up is seeking a (Senior) Key Account Manager to drive expansion with existing partners and to acquire new ones across France. The role requires managing national grocery accounts with a growth-focused mindset in an international, hybrid setup.

Location preferences include Germany (Munich) or France, with a balance of in-person collaboration and remote work. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG/CPG.
• Leads annual negotiations and pricing discussions with national grocery retailers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a clear commercial mindset.
• Hands-on team player able to drive cross-functional initiatives across the org.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• New business development: drive acquisition and onboard new strategic partners in France.
• Account Ownership: full commercial ownership of selected French accounts and targets.
• Customer Strategy: develop tailored joint business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Account Management: nurture long-term partnerships and drive growth.
• Market Insight: analyze data to identify opportunities and define action plans.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Teamwork: collaborate with a high-performing team and share best practices.
