Airbnb is seeking an Enterprise Account Operations Associate to support the Hotels team in onboarding and managing enterprise partners worldwide. You will design scalable processes, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and use data to drive operational decisions.

You will work closely with hotel group HQs and regional stakeholders, balancing priorities in a fast-moving environment while seeking continuous improvement and ownership of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with account operations, partner operations, sales operations or enterprise support.
• Ability to create, improve or scale processes and workflows.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments where processes evolve.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operational management of enterprise hotel partners across global markets.
• Coordinate onboarding and rollout of new hotel groups and properties onto Airbnb.
• Build, document and improve operational processes and workflows.
