Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an SRE team focused on platform reliability and observability. You will grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers and drive reliability across 170+ applications, enabling healthcare professionals and patients across Europe.

The role blends people leadership with technical depth in a hybrid Paris-based setup. You will define strategy for infrastructure automation, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting, own SLOs and error budgets, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management leading technical teams.
• Strong observability knowledge across OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Datadog.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and secrets management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers and drive their career development.
• Define reliability and observability strategy across the platform and roadmap.
• Own on-call, incident response, postmortems, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architects to align with business needs.
