Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Account Representative in Paris, France to join the Small and Medium Business Sales team. You will own end-to-end commercial relationships for a portfolio of around 80 high-value SMB merchants, proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand product adoption.

You will collaborate across PayPal to drive merchant and commercial outcomes, develop tailored account plans, and use AI-powered tools to identify growth, cross-sell, and risk signals

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate internally to influence process quality and efficiency.
• Determine appropriate actions and consider alternative solutions.
• Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium-sized merchants.
• Use analytical skills and judgment to recommend best solutions.
• Influence through defined processes and procedures.
