Job summary

Epyr in Paris is seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate commercial growth in France and Europe. You will own engagements end-to-end, identify new opportunities, and help build a scalable sales engine.

The role requires managing key accounts, negotiating deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will represent Epyr externally at industry events, develop partnerships, and collaborate with technical and financial teams to craft tailored proposals that win strategic business.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a leading engineering or business school, or university equivalent.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in industrial, energy or engineering environments.
• Proven experience managing client relationships or commercial engagements, ideally on long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Deep commitment to the energy transition and climate impact.

Responsibilities

• Directly own and manage key accounts and deals throughout the whole sales cycle: prospect and nurture potential clients, personally handle or support negotiations, build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
• Represent the company externally: attend industry events and conferences, develop partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Define and execute the sales strategy in your perimeter: identify sales targets, develop the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate with other departments: collaborate with technical and financial teams to define relevant solutions and business cases, build impactful and tailored proposals for our clients.
