AXA Climate in Paris seeks a senior B2B sales professional to build a predictable pipeline, target Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, and own the full sales cycle, engaging C-level decision-makers.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product and Climate experts to translate clients' climate and regulatory challenges into commercial opportunities, leveraging English and French fluency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage your pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Develop mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Manage complex B2B cycles with multiple stakeholders, including C-level execs.
• Understand clients' business, climate and regulatory challenges to create opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Climate experts.
