Syensqo is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to lead executive compensation, equity incentives, and global rewards governance. You will partner with HR and business leaders, acting as deputy to the VP Head of Reward & Excellence, guiding strategy and hands‑on execution across a multinational, multi‑country environment.

You will design, govern, and implement LTI programs, oversee global share plans, and prepare Remuneration Committee materials, ensuring compliant, competitive rewards practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Executive Compensation/Global Rewards.
• Expert in executive compensation, STI/LTI, and equity.
• Board/Remuneration Committee experience in multinational.
• Governance, payroll, tax, and regulatory knowledge.
• Benchmarking with providers (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry).
• Interpret complex tax/legal/regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Excel; HRIS experience (SuccessFactors).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and Board-level presentation.
• Discretion and integrity with confidential information.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, balance strategy and execution.

Responsabilités

• Support Remuneration Committee materials and annual Remuneration Report.
• Advise HR and leaders on executive reward (offers, promotions, salary reviews, incentives, retention, job grading).
• Lead design/governance of LTI programs (budgeting, communication, vesting, vendor mgmt).
• Oversee global share plans across 20+ countries; grant execution & compliance.
• Enhance executive reward and mobility policies and governance.
• Oversee annual executive compensation review cycle governance and delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external advisers.
