A senior reward leadership role within the aesthetics division of a publicly listed global pharmaceutical group headquartered in France.
This role plays a central part in shaping equitable, compliant, and scalable reward frameworks that support commercial performance, organisational clarity, and long term growth across the UK and Europe.
Role Overview
The Rewards Manager is responsible for leading strategic reward and organisation design initiatives, with a strong focus on equity programmes, sales incentive frameworks, job architecture, and regulatory readiness. The role partners closely with HR, Finance, and Commercial leadership to build consistent and transparent reward structures. The position is geographically flexible and open to candidates based anywhere in the UK or Europe, with travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of equity programmes aligned to commercial and organisational priorities
- Develop and harmonise sales incentive frameworks across functions, regions, and countries
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to define performance measures, payout structures, and governance
- Review existing roles, organisational layers, and structures across multiple geographies
- Design clear and scalable job families, grading frameworks, and career pathways
- Support organisation design activity aligned to evolving operating models
- Lead readiness for European and UK pay transparency and reward related regulation
- Establish frameworks for pay equity monitoring, salary band governance, and consistent reward decisions
- Prepare clear, evidence based reporting for senior leadership and board level stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in reward, compensation, or organisation design roles within complex international environments
- Strong working knowledge of European and UK pay transparency and reward related regulation, or the ability to interpret and operationalise new requirements quickly
- Demonstrable experience designing and consolidating complex sales incentive schemes
- Hands on experience with job architecture and grading methodologies such as recognised market frameworks
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders including executive and board level leaders
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations
- Comfortable operating in fast paced, transformation focused organisations
- Relevant professional qualification in reward or compensation is preferred
