Moët Hennessy is seeking a Global Reward Manager to support the development, implementation, and governance of the Reward strategy. You will work with Maisons and Regions to align compensation with business goals and LVMH standards.

You will participate in key projects, provide expert support for talent engagement and performance, and lead annual compensation reviews with HRBPs and managers across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation, Rewards and Benefits in multinational organizations; international mobility is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in ICR annual compensation cycle data prep, simulations, bonus calculations and proposals review.
• Coordinate participation in salary surveys and benchmark data.
• Update job mapping and job leveling across the division.
• Participate in Pay transparency deployment in Europe and worldwide.
• Develop compensation packages aligned to market standards and internal structure.
• Lead annual compensation review process and bonus computation with HRBPs and managers.
