Exclusive Networks, a leading global cybersecurity go-to-market specialist, seeks a Global Compensation Manager to drive the design and continuous improvement of compensation programs. You will act as the compensation SME, ensuring equity, data-driven practices and alignment with business objectives.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal across regions, leading data analytics, governance and reporting to support Total Rewards. Strong English and French required for cross-border work.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in international settings.
• Knowledge of global compensation, job evaluation and analysis systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS tools.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French, with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Support design and implementation of global compensation programs.
• Maintain global job architecture, grading and leveling.
• Ensure internal equity across functions and countries.
• Lead annual compensation reviews and market analyses.
• Develop compensation dashboards and executive reporting.
• Provide guidance on EU Pay Transparency and equity initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, HR and Finance for compliance.
• Deliver training on compensation programs and policies.
