Alan is hiring Senior Revenue Operations to drive high-impact initiatives across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You’ll own end-to-end effectiveness projects from strategy to adoption, shaping workflows with low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, and SQL.

Expect close collaboration with Sales, Product and Finance, and significant ownership from day one. You’ll leverage a modern stack and lead initiatives to automate processes, improve CAC metrics, and enable faster decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness.
• Strong ownership and project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
• Builder mindset with hands-on delivery and experimentation.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach.
• Intermediate SQL querying skills; ability to write and own queries.
• Experience with low-code tools and integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in French and advanced English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.

Responsabilités

• Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end, setting roadmaps and driving adoption across the sales org.
• Design smarter workflows by reducing steps and increasing automation; measure impact.
• Evaluate tools and technologies; run tests and roll out successful solutions.
• Shadow, train, and measure adoption to ensure change sticks across teams.
