Alan, the prevention insurance pioneer, is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations professional to optimize Sales Effectiveness across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will join the Sales Effectiveness team and own initiatives from strategy through adoption.

You’ll work with a modern stack—low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase—driving measurable improvements in efficiency and cost metrics. If you have 5+ years in RevOps, strong ownership, SQL proficiency, and fluent French plus

• At least 5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness.
• Strong ownership and project management skills are required.
• Builder mindset and hands-on approach are essential.
• Comfort with change management, shadowing, training, measuring adoption.

• Design, build, and drive adoption of solutions.
