Alan is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations professional to join the Sales Effectiveness team across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will own end‑to‑end effectiveness initiatives, design smarter workflows, and drive adoption with a modern stack (low‑code tools, AI, Salesforce, SQL, Metabase).

Strong ownership and SQL skills are essential; fluency in French and advanced English are required. You’ll contribute across multiple regions from a base in France, with a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness experience.
• Strong ownership, project management, and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Builder mindset with hands‑on approach.
• Comfort with change management, shadowing, training, and adoption metrics.
• Intermediate SQL reading; writing queries is a nice to have.
• Experience with low‑code tools and integrations to scale workflows.
• Hands‑on Salesforce and/or Outreach experience.
• Ability to generate actionable insights with business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full working proficiency in French and advanced English.

Responsabilités

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end, from roadmap to adoption.
• Spot gaps in sales processes and design smarter workflows to automate steps.
• Evaluate new tools, run tests, and roll out successful solutions.
• Work with low‑code tools, AI, Salesforce, SQL (Metabase) and related tech.
• Enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
