Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a senior revenue data leader to own the revenue data model, data warehouse, and AI-driven GTM automations. You will structure sales cycles, orchestrate AI agents, and integrate HubSpot with Stripe to streamline the lead-to-cash process.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and Product to drive growth and reporting enablement. Strong SQL skills and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/tech settings.
• Proven track record accelerating revenue growth.
• Experience structuring sales cycles.
• Experience building automations to improve GTM efficiency.
• Experience architecting CRMs and data warehouses.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents within an organization.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Effective communication with Account Executives and CTOs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the data warehouse as the single source of truth for revenue data.
• Centralize a knowledge repository for team decisions and processes.
• Make HubSpot the orchestrator of the sales cycle with Stripe integrations.
• Provide reliable data to Finance and support with a ticketing system.
• Build automations with n8n and Claude to reduce admin work.
• Develop growth A/B tests and AI agents for CS tickets.
• Orchestrate copilots and AI agents for lead qualification and coaching.
• Measure ROI of AI agents and ensure end-to-end data consistency.
• Enable self-service reporting in Metabase and collaborate across teams.
