Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a hands-on Growth specialist to drive optimization across onboarding, landing pages, and funnels. You will design, launch, and analyze A/B tests, and work with AI to generate and iterate creatives.

You will proactively identify friction points in the user journey and map improvements, collaborating with the Growth team to boost activation and retention in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Growth, CRO, or Performance Marketing experience.
• Daily use of AI tools to amplify impact.
• Native/bilingual French and fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Be the hands-on builder within the Growth team.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests.
• Map and build funnels: landing pages, automations.
• Identify friction points in the user journey.
• Generate and iterate creatives using AI.
