Jobtailor is seeking a RevOps/Sales Ops professional to own effectiveness initiatives from roadmapping to rollout. You will identify gaps in the sales process, design smarter workflows with low-code tools, and integrate AI-driven steps into automations.

Tasks include fieldwork, training, adoption measurement, and iterative improvement. You will work with SQL, Metabase, Salesforce, Zapier, and n8n, building dashboards and defining metrics while communicating insights clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness.
• Strong ownership and project-management skills; able to run initiatives independently.
• Builder mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Comfort with change management, shadowing, training, and measuring adoption.
• Solid SQL skills for data validation and segmentation logic.
• Experience with AI: prompts, AI-powered workflows, and automation.
• Proven automation / low-code experience (Zapier or equivalent).
• CRM familiarity, especially Salesforce.
• Ability to define metrics and build dashboards; clear communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluent French required.

Responsabilités

• Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end from roadmapping to rollout.
• Spend time in the field to identify gaps in the sales process and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate tools, run experiments, and roll out successful solutions.
• Work with low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase.
• Shadow teams, train users, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
