Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a Lead Revenue Operations professional to own cross-functional initiatives from scoping to adoption, focusing on acquisition, funnel measurement, and data governance.

You will partner with Product & Engineering to translate business needs into actionable projects and drive data-driven decisions across the organization. Fluent in French and English, you will use AI tools to automate analyses and support growth.

Qualifications

• You likely have a few years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff or similar roles.
• You are analytically strong and comfortable working with data.
• You have experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI, are confident with spreadsheets, and can navigate SQL when needed.
• You understand how B2B businesses grow and are curious about the systems, processes and metrics that drive performance.
• AI is already part of how you work. You regularly use AI tools to automate repetitive work, accelerate analysis, improve documentation or support decision-making.
• You are fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead Revenue Operations projects from scoping to adoption across cross-functional initiatives.
• Own the marketing data layer and ensure data is accurate and actionable.
• Develop reporting and decision-making frameworks; support growth and reactivation initiatives.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to translate business needs into actionable projects and ensure solutions are adopted.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across the organization.
