Jobtailor is seeking a senior CRM/RevOps specialist to optimize HubSpot-based workflows, automations, and data pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

You will align cross-functional teams with Marketing, Sales and Tech, ensure CRM health, and deliver actionable dashboards across campaigns. Fluency in English is required; another language and international experience are a strong plus. This is an on-site role in Paris.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in CRM management or RevOps.
Mandatory HubSpot expertise.
Knowledge of API integrations and data quality.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
English fluency; another language is a plus.

Responsabilités

Drive optimization and scalability of the CRM, implementing evolutions from the roadmap and adapting HubSpot to business needs.
Maintain and provide responsive support: resolve internal teams' tickets (<24h), monitor CRM health, and QA testing.
Ensure data quality and alignment to maintain a 360-degree view of the customer.
Automate and streamline processes by deploying ongoing improvements through HubSpot updates.
Produce actionable insights and reporting by designing dashboards to analyze campaign performance.
Train colleagues and document processes with comprehensive internal documentation.
