Jobtailor in Lyon, France seeks a seasoned Sales Operations leader to optimize sales efficiency across teams (B2B, CSE, Italy, Belgium, International) and to establish scalable tools, processes, and metrics for the commercial strategy.

You will manage HubSpot CRM evolution, define sales workflows, coordinate with Data and IT, and build reliable customer data alongside BI-driven dashboards to support cross-country performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Business Ops in a tech, SaaS, or travel tech environment.
• Proven experience structuring a Sales organization.
• Strong understanding of multi-team / multi-country commercial performance challenges.
• Solid knowledge of CRM, data and sales tooling.
• Comfortable in an international environment, with full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Optimize sales efficiency across teams (B2B, CSE, Italy, Belgium, International).
• Establish sustainable tools, processes and metrics for the commercial strategy.
• Manage the evolution of the CRM HubSpot: data structuring, pipeline, reporting, usage rules.
• Define sales workflows, routines and commercial rituals.
• Coordinate technical changes with Data & IT teams.
• Create and update reference documents (playbooks, CRM charters/guidelines).
• Improve data reliability and build the customer master/reference.
• Co-lead the project to create a unified customer master with BI and IT.
• Define roles and responsibilities for maintaining customer data.
• Drive commercial performance and maintain performance dashboards.
